Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
YouHao Technology LLC ("YouHao Technology," "Dinezy," "we," "our," or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our Services, including both the product at dinezytech.com and our public marketing and blog site at showroom.dinezytech.com (the "Site"). By using the Services or the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide (Account Holders)
- Account and contact information (name, email address)
- Brand and business information
- User roles and permissions
- Support communications
- Billing-related information (excluding full payment card details)
- Billing address and tax-related information (if required)
- Bulletin Board posts, announcements, and related engagement records (if using workplace communication features)
1.2 Information Collected Automatically (Account Holders)
- IP address and device information
- Browser type and version
- Usage and log data (pages visited, features used, timestamps)
- Session and authentication data
- Referring URLs
1.3 Payment Information
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.
We may store limited billing metadata such as subscription status, invoice identifiers, and payment timestamps. Payment processor records may serve as the authoritative source for billing events.
1.4 Information Collected on the Site (Marketing & Blog, No Account Required)
The Site does not have user accounts, logins, or forms that collect personal information. The only information we collect from Site visitors is gathered automatically through Google Analytics (GA4):
- Pages viewed and time spent on the Site
- Approximate location (derived from IP address)
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Referring website or search query that led you to the Site
We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other information you would need to type in on the Site — there is nowhere on the Site to do so. If you sign up for the Dinezy product, the information described in Sections 1.1–1.3 applies to that relationship instead.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
- Authenticate users and manage account security
- Process billing and subscriptions
- Improve functionality, performance, and user experience
- Communicate service-related notices, updates, and support responses
- Comply with legal obligations
- Enforce our Terms of Service
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Understand which blog articles and pages on the Site are helpful to visitors, and improve Site content and navigation
- Measure whether marketing content on the Site leads to interest in the Dinezy product
We do not use your personal information to serve third-party advertising.
3. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enable essential functionality and, with consent, analytics features. For details, please see our Cookie Policy.
On the Site specifically, the only cookies set come from Google Analytics (GA4), and only after you accept them through the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or later via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the Site's footer. If you decline, no Google Analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected on the Site. Other ways to opt out of GA4 on the Site:
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
- Use your browser's tracking-protection or ad-blocking features
- Enable "Do Not Track" in your browser (note: the Site does not currently change its behavior in response to this signal, as described in our Cookie Policy)
Google acts as a data processor for Site analytics data. Google's own privacy practices for data it processes on our behalf are described in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps.
The product does not currently use analytics, marketing, or other non-essential cookies — only the strictly necessary cookies described in our Cookie Policy — so no cookie consent banner is shown there. If that changes as the product matures, we will introduce a consent mechanism on the product and update this Policy.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Third parties that assist us in operating the Services and the Site (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, Google Analytics for the Site), bound by confidentiality obligations
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where the acquiring party agrees to honor this Privacy Policy
- Protection of Rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Dinezy, our users, or the public
4.1 Our Role as Controller and Processor
Depending on the context, Dinezy acts as either a data controller or a data processor:
- Controller (Dinezy-managed data): Dinezy acts as the data controller for information it directly collects, such as account registration data, billing information, service usage logs, and Site analytics data.
- Processor (Brand-uploaded data): For data uploaded or generated by a Brand through the Services — including inventory records, recipes, employee accounts, and Bulletin Board content — Dinezy acts as a data processor on behalf of the Brand, which is the data controller. Dinezy processes such data only as directed by the Brand and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Brands (employers) are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis for sharing their employees' personal data with Dinezy and for complying with applicable data protection laws with respect to that data.
5. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Services and meet legal obligations.
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and up to 30 days following account deletion, after which it is permanently deleted.
- Billing and tax records: Retained for up to seven (7) years, or longer if required by applicable law.
- Log and usage data: Retained for up to 90 days for security and operational purposes, unless longer retention is legally required.
- Bulletin Board content: Retained for the duration of the Brand account and permanently deleted within 30 days following account deletion.
- Site analytics data: Retained according to our Google Analytics property's configured retention settings.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information, including encrypted transmission (TLS), access controls, and authentication mechanisms. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
In the event of a data breach that is reasonably likely to result in risk to your rights or freedoms, we will notify affected users and applicable regulatory authorities as required by applicable law, generally within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
Early-Stage Infrastructure Notice: Dinezy is currently in an early operational phase. User data is stored on privately-hosted infrastructure located within the United States. While we apply reasonable access controls and use encrypted transmission (TLS) for all data in transit, our current infrastructure does not yet meet the standards of established enterprise cloud providers. We plan to migrate to third-party cloud infrastructure (such as MongoDB Atlas, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud) as the platform matures, and we will update this Policy to reflect any material changes to our data storage arrangements.
7. Your Rights & Regional Compliance
7.1 General Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including:
- Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Right to Restriction: Request that we limit how we use your data
- Right to Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to Opt-Out of Marketing Communications: You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at support@dinezytech.com. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect service-related communications.
Because the Site only collects anonymized-at-source analytics data (no name, email, or account tied to it), we cannot look up an individual Site visitor's data by identity — the opt-out methods in Section 3 are the most effective way to exercise these preferences with respect to the Site. For rights requests tied to an actual Dinezy account, contact us using the information below.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@dinezytech.com.
We will respond to verified requests within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
7.2 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., legal obligations).
- Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA. You do not need to take any action to opt out.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not use sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the Services.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights. You will not receive a different level of service or be charged different prices for exercising these rights.
To submit a verifiable consumer request, contact us at support@dinezytech.com or through the account settings in the Services. We will respond within 45 days, with one possible 45-day extension where reasonably necessary.
California Employer Notice Obligation: If you are a California-based employer using the Services to manage employees or post workplace communications through the Bulletin Board feature, you are responsible for complying with the California Invasion of Privacy Act (California Penal Code Sections 631 and 632) and any other applicable laws governing monitoring of employee electronic communications. This includes ensuring employees have appropriate notice or have consented to the visibility and potential monitoring of their activities on employer-provided platforms, where required by applicable law. Dinezy does not provide legal advice and does not assume responsibility for your compliance with these obligations.
7.3 European Users (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent local law, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Our legal bases for processing your personal data include: performance of a contract (providing the Services), compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and understanding Site usage).
7.4 Children's Privacy
The Services and the Site are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete it. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us at support@dinezytech.com.
8. International Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required by applicable law, we apply appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

10. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Services at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services or the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
